Professional profile – After a managerial & consultancy experience, Marcello started his CPA and Statutory Auditor service in 2012. He gained experience toward:

• National and international taxation
• M&A operations 
• Strategic finance advice including M&A, acquisition of target companies, 
• Debt restructuring, including the preparation of composition with creditor plans for national and multinational groups
• Tax and financial Due Diligence activities, also for transactions with target companies under juridical liquidation  
• Ruling application with the tax authority
• HNWI – high net worth individual assistance
• Expatriates management – having also covered the role of tax manager of local and global mobility employees for the General Electric group, he can support on all compliance activities for expatriates: mandatory communications, payroll, shadow payroll, tax equalization policies, special regimes (impartial regimes)
• Pension aspects for staff on international mobility and for those who have paid social taxes abroad 
• Implementation of important corporate welfare plans for employees including flexible benefits plans
• He holds the position of statutory auditor in leading companies as well as statutory auditing activities for medium-sized companies 

Luca Del Medico

Luca supports IT and Digitalization activities for S-Actis working in the automatic import & export of accounting and tax info to facilitate the sharing with Clients. He supports the wing to wing statutory process (from the acquisition of information to the delivery). He is a member of the Auditor’s Desk project at INRL on IT assistance.
